   “We’ll keep doing what we’re doing until someone tells us it’s illegal, and then we’ll
do everything we can to get legal,” Puckett said.
   Keene is convinced that raw milk is a nonissue for most Oregonians: “There are two
kinds of people: those who drink raw milk and try to make some kind of statement, and
those who don’t care about raw milk at all.”
   In the meantime, local raw milk drinkers, however marginalized, are happy to have
their fix.
   “I believe in it, but I’m not going to stand up on a soapbox about it,” said Vancouver,
Wash., resident Jim Goodin. “I just pick it up for myself and my friends and family. It’s
been good to me.”
